Roof Cleaning
Roofs will be cleaned in April by Fiddler On The Roof Cleaning. The process they use is 20% bleach and low pressure, the same process used on most of the houses in our community in 2017.
The following houses will not be cleaned in April because they are clean or have a new roof: 6022, 6031, 6054, 6076, 6117, 6120, 6132, 6142, 6157, 6176, 6191, 6208, 6215, 6227, 6264, 6274 and 6275.
You may choose not use this service and hire your own roof cleaning service; in which case please contact Bob Charbonneau no later than March 30th.
The age of your roof according to the information held by Palm Beach County Permit Department.

Basic Service - mowing, edging and trimming: 2, 15 and 29 |

Cut all lawn areas - edge all roadways, walks and beds - remove any debris caused by maintenance - blow off all sidewalk and street areas.

Flower bed maintenance and hedge trimming: 15 |

Trim all hedges - weed and rake all beds - remove debris from beds - maintain beds around trees - remove suckers from trees up to seven feet - trim all perimeter hedges.

The new contract will commence Auust 1st, 2018 and a letter from Comcast has been sent to every resident.

Boca Del Mar Citizen Observer Patrol
Boca Del Mar resident Tony Klein has volunteered to reorganize the Citizen Observer Patrol and is currently seeking volunteers who meet the following requirements:
- Are able to patrol the community at least 3 hours per week.
- Have no DUI Arrests.
- Have no Criminal Record.
- Are able to complete a 12 hour field training course.
